Responsibilities 

  • Strong safety mindset, ability to work with safety protocols, utilization of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and demonstrate proficiency in managing hazardous activities while ensuring personal and team safety.

  • Lead and manage a team of 5 engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.

  • Oversee the Project Engineering team and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Develop and implement project management processes and best practices.

  • Manage Profit and Loss (P&L) for engineering projects, ensuring financial targets are met.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure project success.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience

  • Fluent level of English.

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Proven experience leading a team in the civil engineering or construction industry.

  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

  • Experience with Profit and Loss (P&L) management.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous commercial experience and is considered an asset.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
