Responsibilities
Strong safety mindset, ability to work with safety protocols, utilization of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and demonstrate proficiency in managing hazardous activities while ensuring personal and team safety.
Lead and manage a team of 5 engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
Oversee the Project Engineering team and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop and implement project management processes and best practices.
Manage Profit and Loss (P&L) for engineering projects, ensuring financial targets are met.
Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure project success.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
10 years of experience
Fluent level of English.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proven experience leading a team in the civil engineering or construction industry.
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Experience with Profit and Loss (P&L) management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous commercial experience and is considered an asset.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
