Responsibilities 

  • Strong safety mindset, ability to work with safety protocols, utilization of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and demonstrate proficiency in managing hazardous activities while ensuring personal and team safety.

  • Conduct reliability assessments and root cause analyses for equipment failures to develop effective maintenance strategies.

  • Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to optimize preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.

  • Lead investigations into complex equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

  • Monitor and analyze equipment performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards while promoting a culture of safety within the organization.

  • Develop and maintain documentation related to reliability engineering activities, including equipment histories, maintenance procedures, and reliability reports.

Qualifications

  • 5 years experience in maintenance and/or reliability in a manufacturing environment

  • Intermediate to advanced level of English.

  • A university degree in Engineering

  • A strong electrical background, with knowledge of electrical distribution systems.

  • As an asset, a Maintenance Management Professional or recognized Reliability Certification.

  • A strong sense of urgency and curiosity.

  • Exceptional communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment.

  • Desire to grow and develop your leadership and technical capabilities.

  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills are a must.
