Responsibilities
Strong safety mindset, ability to work with safety protocols, utilization of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and demonstrate proficiency in managing hazardous activities while ensuring personal and team safety.
Conduct reliability assessments and root cause analyses for equipment failures to develop effective maintenance strategies.
Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to optimize preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
Lead investigations into complex equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Monitor and analyze equipment performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards while promoting a culture of safety within the organization.
Develop and maintain documentation related to reliability engineering activities, including equipment histories, maintenance procedures, and reliability reports.
Qualifications
5 years experience in maintenance and/or reliability in a manufacturing environment
Intermediate to advanced level of English.
A university degree in Engineering
A strong electrical background, with knowledge of electrical distribution systems.
As an asset, a Maintenance Management Professional or recognized Reliability Certification.
A strong sense of urgency and curiosity.
Exceptional communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment.
Desire to grow and develop your leadership and technical capabilities.
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills are a must.
