Responsibilities 

  • Strong safety mindset, ability to work with safety protocols, utilization of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and demonstrate proficiency in managing hazardous activities while ensuring personal and team safety.

  • Operate and drive the truck in a safe, efficient, and productive manner.

  • Maintain productivity, production and utilization targets, and work independently in remote environments.

  • Perform general daily inspections and notify for repairs as required.

  • Perform inspections on the truck and cargo to ensure everything is safe and secure.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience.

  • Intermediate level of English.

  • High School diploma.

  • Valid Class 1 Drivers License or equivalent.

  • Certification or courses in workplace safety are considered an asset.

  • Truck driving and woods experience is an asset.

  • General truck mechanical skills would be considered an asset.

  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
