Responsibilities 

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems on mobile and crawler cranes

  • Perform preventive maintenance and inspections according to manufacturer specifications

  • Interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and hydraulic schematics

  • Conduct on-site service calls and emergency repairs

  • Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients when required


Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, load charts, and crane components

  • Experience working with heavy equipment diagnostics tools

  • Ability to work independently in field environments

  • Valid driver’s license (Class 5 or equivalent; CDL asset depending on province)

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Physical ability to lift heavy components and work in outdoor environments
